You did the right thing GregBrand, I just checked with Costco and they don't carry the cover anymore (I bought mine about 4 years back) which was a generic one and not tailor made for BMW. Now Costco has perfect fit for all cars which is made on special order basis and cost almost $150. Thanks to Gene's for his recommendation ...

Yes indeed. Gene has never led me astray except for just one time concerning his recommendation on an escort for me...

It's woth paying more and getting a 'breathable' cover, that will let any moisture out.

Otherwise you risk locking in moisture under the cover and all the problems this can bring.
