OK lets try this. Are there any UK users who's BMW Assist has now expired. When I previously went to the Assist screen it would have a message telling me to call BMW Customer Services but I also though it had a telephone number listed there for them. Now there is no telephone number.

OK spotted atleast two differences. The TONE settings now has a RESET sub-menu which wasn't there previously. Also the DVD Drive option is now enabled while in the CD section but when you select it you get a message that say something like "No audio information found on disc".

I also think that BMW have attempted to resolve the low BASS complaint by turning the BASS up on the car. My car had a lot more BASS after the upgrade than before.
