Is there any solution to this? Many times I almost crash my car at front because I forgot that sensors is not always ON.

Thanks

Sorry, unlike Mercedes-Benz, the PDC sensors are only active on the E60 when reversing or when the PDC button on the dash is manually activated. Even then, it will turn itself off after you reach a preset speed...

you have tailgate problem. PDC wouldn't help.

Thanks for info... But I don't see any good of this? Coz, it's quite dangerous not to keep safty equipment be function all the time

Or I am the only one who drive into garage?

It's not considered "safety" equipment, it's a "comfort" feature. Therefore you can turn it on, manually. If allways on, you could be annoyed at traffic lights. I sometimes have my fun with MB a$$***es at traffic lights. I just reverse a bit...

That could make for an interesting insurance claim if the MB decides to creep too...

In Germany that would make him the guilty part.
Usually they reverse too. One even got out of the car and threw me a couple 'nice' words. He made me laugh.

And if they don't reverse and you collide - then whose fault?

I don't collide. First, I know where my car ends, and I have PDC.

I only do this to those that bother me, not every MB, BTW.
