Can I switch my headrests out for the newer telescopic ones?

Engine: N54
I have a new 2011 328i loaner and LOVE the telescopic headrests. The ones where theres a button to move the entire headrest forward and backward for ULTIMATE head and neck support. THEY ROCK.
Can I replace my crappy headrests in my 04 530i? The useless wedge types that provide NO support.
