Can an 08 e60 have LM1

Looking at a light control module from an E60 from 2008 and it has this part number 61359180756.
That can't right, correct?
Realoem says that part was up to September 06 but surely it should have a post October 2006 light module right?
Is it LM2 or LM1?

That part number is also listed for 09/2006 up to 09/2008 for vehicles without adaptive lighting.( second block down of light module part numbers).
