A/C Turning on by itself

Sometimes its nice to drive the windows down and the A/C off. But recently, 5 - 20 seconds after I push the off button on the climate control, it turns itself back on. sure i can switch off the A/C but the fan still comes back on. Would appreciate advice to fix this. Thanks.

i had this problem immediately after a software update late last year. the frequency of it turning on and off kept decreasing as the weeks went by. i no longer have this problem and never bothered to contact my dealer about it. hope this helps
