Well, the lease on my 2006 530i has expired. For each new lease I try to get something different (last time it was E39->E60 , but at this time unfortunately the 2008 5er is not much different from the 2006 5er, and it was somewhat difficult to pay $1000/mo for a rather boring experience I looked around, test drove literally dozens of cars from Chevy Malibu to the LS600h, and finally came to a conclusion that there are many, many decent cars around that you can get for $50K or so, but not a single one of them could beat a BMW. So yesterday I took delivery of a 2008 Montego Blue 328xi coupe, which I hopefully will drive happily for the next three years. Boy, what a swift little kid compared to the reserved and dignified E60...

I didn't post a lot, but E60.net was the only automotive forum that I read carefully on regular basis. I'll be back for sure, but not so often for the next coupla years.

Take care,

awesome. i love the e92s. they are great car.
you should now join www.e90.com/forums

I have driven both of these cars extensively and found the 5 series to be more refined with comfort seats. Hence I bought the 5 series. However, I would probably get a e93 near future. I would love a saphire blk with lemon or coral interior.

Hmmm, interesting post...

You've had an E60 since 2006 and you enjoy the forums, but yet you've only had 3 posts in all these years You waited all the way to the end of your lease to make your posts Im just a little

Ive seen other members on here, who have gotten ridden of their E60 yet remained a member, but you havent even gotten started

Anyway GL and Congrats on the new 3'er!
