Hello E60 Brethren and "Sista's,

Had an opportunity to drive a 550 the other day, and couldn't then... and still can't believe how smooth the power is in this car. As you guys already know, I have the RUTHLESS530 in which I have had nothing but pure joy driving. Can't afford the M5... too rich for my blood, but the 550 is well within reach. Can I get a little input as to how some of you who've switched feel about your decision and or if you are a 550 owner... is it worth it. I would appreciate much!!!!!

Thanx

to be honest id recommend you sell the 530i... keep
your budget tight for another year, and go for a base model m5

Not a bad thought--if one can stand the gas mileage.

I am not sure, but I don't drink Evian. Also, I was, of course, speaking from the environmental perspective alone. What's a litre? Petrol got to about $3.60 a gallon in Phoenix as I recall a while back. It's more like $2.50 now. What are you paying not for a liter? How many litres in a gallon?

Well, true, but how often (and how much) Evian do you drink?
Also, keep in mind that Texas alone is almost the size of Europe, so we drive a lot!
