I finally pulled the trigger on Saturday and gave up on my 530. It had 88K on it without any major problem so far but I didn't want to take the chance especially without extending warranty. So ordered 335ix coupe black on dark brown. I got almost every option but sports package. Hopefully it'll be here on Thursday. When my lease up with our Touareg on March I'm sure we'll have another 5 in the garage.

Just a got a call from dealership. Delivery is on Friday morning. Can't wait, even tough I was happy with my 530's performance that twin turbo engine is insane.

Congratulations on your sweet ride. The 3'ers will always have a special corner in my heart. Sadly, I might leave the brand if BMW continues to push RFTs to those who don't want them.

Why no sports package? Its about the only "must have" in my mind...just curious!

I don't think they offer sports pack with Xi models. That's the reason.

As it turns out I do have the sports package , apparently there are two kinds of sport packages offered for 3 series M sports package and standard one (sport seats and shadow line trim). Mine has the standard one, M package adds about $3500. Didn't want to push my luck that far with old lady

I am currently driving a 335xi loaner car and I love the way it drives -- a total rocket with outstanding acceleration. GL with your 335xi.
