Thanks, I will go with #2.
Only problem with that is that it is out of state, and I never seen the car in person. I don't know how it drives as well. (I test drove 4 BMW 550i, but everyone had some problem like rough shifts, wind noise from front wind shield above 60mph, vibration)
hopefully this one is good that I can just buy and drive right back to my home =)

CPO is the only way to go. It's worth a few extra thousand. I drove a few 08 550i w/ HUD and w/o HUD.
If you use navigation a lot, HUD is awesome, directions on the w/shield is awesome.

I agree with both of these guys. I'd take number 2 all the way. The steering wheels shifter are fun too, they add another dimension to you're driving experience on fast country roads. I have a 2007 Sport w the SMG manual tranny. I went that route vs a pure manual with a clutch pedal. I really enjoy the car and the ability to really control the gear selection when I want to. Have fun with it!
