business navigation upgrade to 2d maps

Hello, I currently own a E60 of the end of 2003 with business naviagtion. Only with arrows. Does anyone know if this navigation can be upgraded into 2d maps view? I have the 2008-02 DVD.

This can't be done with a new nav disc or a new I-Drive software, only with a retrofit of the hardware Nav Pro, which is possible, but not cheap.
Maps = Nav Pro.

Did you have any luck with getting maps on your business SatNav for ?126? I've consistently been told this is impossible, and have been quoted between ?1,200 and ?2,500 to upgrade from business to professional as the only way to get maps of any kind. I have a 2004 545i.
An update would be much appreciated.

I don't really think that if you want 2d maps you've to change sth in your onboard electronics. Probably you'll need to update the software. I will have the simmilar problem when new Bussines Map will come to the market cause I'm waiting for Maps includes Poland. So, anyone has car from 2003-2005 and has 3d Maps in Bussines Navi??
