Bubbling armrest

My Ride: 2004 525i
My armrest- actually the cover to to the center console- is starting to bubble. There is air under the vinyl. Is there any repair for this? Anybody else have this issue?

best bet is maybe try blowing a hair dryer to it and see if it resticks......
