Dunlops, they're not the best but not that bad either IMO.

My June 04 530I came with the Bridgestone RFTs. I have about 6200 miles on them and the ride and noise seem fine. No issues yet.

My car (arrived yesterday) fortunately has Bridgestone Potenza RE050A runflats.
I would have changed to Non RF if they were Dunlop's!

My dealer admitted Dunlop are causing problems and he does not understand why BMW continues providing these tyres.

originally dunlop runflats, due to bad alignment and staggered setup (sport pkg), inside of all 4 tires worn to cords, moderate tram-lining, moderate noise. When new, the ride quality was very good (excellent ? ) .

Replaced at 20,000 mi with bridestone 040 runflats, aligned at a knowledgeable alignment shop, no tram-lining, no noise, Orig ride qualtiy returns.

alot of other options if you go with non-runflats. and, if tire rotation was possible, that might allow a few xtra miles.... but the staggered setup is really nice.

so, if I read correctly, you are happier with the Bridgestones?

I received my E60 March 05 and they came with Dunlop. I would be interested to hear how much mileage owners are getting out of this tire. I'm amazed to hear people changing their tires already on 05 models.

Other question: Are tires replaced free of charge with the parts and service warranty?

How do you like the Pirelli's? Are they RF's?

Anyone know of online and perhaps independent reviews of these tyres/tires?
