I looking to replace the break pads of my car:

some questions



Should I also replace rotors and sensor cables?
Its any aftermarket brake pads do you recommend?
Wow do I reset the warning signal on my idrive?

For instructions on how to do it yourself:
Visit Member Rudy (he is also the moderator) he has a link to the procedure pdf

For aftermarket pads:
Contact Acuteperformance (Michael) I got Hawk HPS pads and I am loving them!!!!

You don;t necessarily need to replace the rotors unless they are warped or damaged. Find a local shop that can "turn" them for you - should be between $5-10 per rotor.

LOL if you were local I'd do all this for you
