Micheal, you've been so patient with this guy and frankly I dunno how you do this. You have quite some good customer service going on here but i think you should just take the guy's number and call him and explain everything to him.

If all this happened over the phone, I would understand that guy as he wants to understand everything and its totally understandable. But opening a thread without even trying to handle this behind the scene, i say its :thumbsdown:

why are both sensors included with the front pads? what if someone was only changing the rears?

Good question. Here is my educated guess.

Front pads are the ones that you are replacing all the time whereas the rears are hardly replaced. So they assume you'll always have spare sensors that can be used for the rear.
