Do you get this on your wheels ? I get brake dust on the wheel, but marks like these are new to me. Is this normal ? Some fluid is leaking ?

If it is brake fluid the paint would probably be removed from the wheel surface. Any large dogs in the neighborhood?

I park my car in the carage. Good thinking though.

It looks like it could almost be some cheap tire dressing that is not drying and running down the wheels. I seriously doubt your brakes/brake fluid would be causing that. If it is brake fluid, it can't be good
