Brake change on March '07 520d

My Ride: 2010(60) BMW 520d SE, Manual, In Sophisto Grey with Cream/Black Interior and Piano Black trim
I've just purchased some Brembo Discs and Pads for the front of my '07 520d. Can anyone point me in the direction of a quick guide of how to change them, or at least let me know of any problems that may arise?
Also, I can't seem to find info on reseting the iDrive after changing them, can someone post a link to instructions of how to do this?
