Default bouncy suspension?

I dont know, but I feel like the suspension is feeling bouncy and very jarring over small bumps I think I have to change the shocks and springs but Im not sure. Maybe Im just bugging out and the weather is effecting suspension performance? its getting cold and the car just feels weird!

As I write this the temperature in NY is 57 d. .When it the last time you checked the pressure in your tires. If it has been a couple of months or so when the outside temp was warmer. the Tire pressure was higher.,
The following might be interesting? Tire Tech Information - Air Pressure, Temperature Fluctuations

If your car has never had a suspension refresh, it's probably about time. I just replaced the original shocks and struts on mine, along with a few bushings and so on, and it feels like new again. I didn't realize how bad it had been until it was fixed.

Whats the price on replaceing a stock suspension with stock components compared to something like adjustable coilovers?? Mine is a 2004 and I dont believe the springs or struts were ever changed!.......in addition I believe this was a New Jersey car which is much more forgiving than NY/Queens roads!

anyone have some comparisons in price for a stock replacement of the shocks and springs compared to a aftermarket strut setup?
