boot switch problem...

My Ride: 04 525i Silver Full ACS'ed...
Hi all, i cant open my car boot with hand....(only with key and key button).Was in BMW service >>>"boot switch not work". So got new one and replace it my self >>NO WORK! How to fix it? Thanks for all...

Are you sure the exterior lock on the boot isn't switched to the locked (valet) position?

I kind of assumed that's what was going on and based on your join date and number of posts, I thought you might be making a newbie mistake but didn't want to assume anything (even though I sort of did assume it...
)
Go get your money back for anything you purchased and tell the dealer to RTFM!
