Boot Lid Release via Keyfob no longer works after car battery replacement

So I've recently changed my battery (on my 04 E60 525i) to a Deka Intimidator 95ah AGM battery, and have found that my Boot Lid release via keyfob and rolling windows up and down via keyfob features no longer work.
After replacing the battery, I have coded the KLASSE_BATTERIE within the CAS module to 90ah_agm, and have regstered the battery using the following steps in Tool32.
1. Open MSD80.prg
2. Look up steuern_batterietausch_registri. (near bottom of job list)
3. Go to Jobs menu
4. Select Run Job
Has anyone else experienced such an issue before? Also, can anyone confirm that using a value of 90ah_agm is okay given that I'm using a 95ah agm battery?
Thanks
