Body Rattling TSBs

I have a rattle from my center display, but when I took it in to the dealer they said they could not hear it!! what a surprise! There is a Technical Service Bulitin #511304 Nov 04 -Body rattling noise from center display on bumps- Dose anyone have this? I would like to show my dealer.
