Default BMWhattttt!!

Apparently i'm very late with the discovery of the BMWhat app. I would like to purchase the App for Diagnostic and Coding. However, i'm not sure of which equipment to purchase to will work 100% with 2007 550i and android phone.

BMWhat USB-OBD cable?

With my '08 550i, only the USB-OBD cable lets me read codes and change programming. The Bluetooth adapter will connect, but doesn't do much else...

I'm using this app with bluetooth OBD ELM327 from ebay for 10$.. I can read and earse fault codes, get engine parametars, but programming is not supported...
Great app for quick diagnose problems..

Go to Amazon and buy the original obd ....

It works great for some coding and code reading on my 08 535 but I'm pretty sure if your car is before 3/2007 Bill date it will only read codes.I have it on the Apple iOS with a Wi-Fi adapter
