http://wikicars.org/en/BMW

Made my first wiki edit ever today!

I edited under "community" where it lists a few forums when referencing BMWs following and enthusiasts dedication. I added e60.net, of course putting it first. I also edited out "Hood-Black Mans Wagon" from "Nicknames" as I thought it was pretty dumb.

"...under the leadership of Bernd Pischetsrieder..."

Just out of curiosity, there was another guy who was after the leadership position after the Rover debacle. How ever if I recall it well, both got told to go by the "old lady" and the job was given to the M-division boss. (am I right?).

So what ever happened to Bernd Pischetsrieder and the other guy. Sorry I forget his name? What are they doing today? Still in the car industry? Anyone knows? thanks

Also I might have missed it, but why not put a link to the bavarian kingdom (includes pic of flag)?
Linky..

cheers

ps: Volvo is hardly a competitor. I should know cause I owned one. Volvo are years behind BMW. All they have done is hiked their prices towards the highend market but don't let that fool you. Volvo cars are hardly near the excellence of the german makes.

I wouldn't get too excited about a Web site that lists

Z10: A 2+2 coup? to succeed the Z8, to be produced in 2008

Nice. I didn't even know that site existed, although alot of the information can be found on Wikipedia itself.
