I recently read a thread on this forum about a good contact for BMW warranties. Does anyone have that contact info or can refer me to that thread ?

no dont think thats it.. I was looking for a contact for Platinum BMW warranty

i recall reading something about a dealership in MN that offered very competitive prices much lower than what everyone was getting from their local SA.

I was quoted $5000 from my SA for a 3Y 100k extension for an M5

not very familiar with the M5 warranty but I think a member here recently paid around $ 4K for the extended warranty on a reg E60 so considering it's an M5, 5K is about right. May be you can PM John of Motorcepts or DKNY to find out which warranty company would they recommend since they're M5 owners and live near you.

OP, contact John Cutler at walker BMW if you're looking to go the BMW route. I got my Platinum extended warranty through him. His direct number 1318-441-4013. Tell him you are looking for a deal straight from the jump.

Tell him Murdock referred you if you call.

At the very least compare to the Mercury Insurance product, in most cases it ends up being superior and also less expensive! PM me for details!

Wow, I'm surprised he was not able to come down anymore.
