I just tried the voice commands ... I only have voice commands related to making phone calls. Is voice commands an option?

So, what I understand is that I should not be saying "computer" before every command like on the original star trek?
I have to admit, I have not tried this feature yet. My kids and I have a laugh everyonce in a while, because the car talks to us, but we always seem to end up with AM radio!!!
BTW, it was my 8 year old son who noticed my car is both a "boy and a girl"..... Navigation feedback is a female voice and voice command feedback is a male voice. hmmmm, can I change voice command dude's responses to sound like Kelly Lebrock (think Weird Science!)
