Hi guys,

I may need to contact BMW soon concerning a rather large list of problems that have occured with my vehicle and lack of dealer support. (dont really want to go into too much detail here)

Im interested in knowing if any of you know the phone/email of the Head of BMWUK or someone who is close enough to the top to make a difference.

Cheers in advance guys

I once pursued a problem directly with Jim O'Donnell (BMW UK managing director) at the Bracknell Head office address (Google it), he never replied directly but his office did and sent my complaint to the customer services manager (also based at Bracknell HQ) and the problems were resolved swiftly with a compensatory payment as a goodwill gesture (which I used to defray the cost of my next mod )

HTH

I note you have BMW Assist, so you can get the number via your i-drive, as it will your dealers number, customer services number & BMW assist/breakdown number. Not sure of the address but i'm sure Google will produce the results.
