The 19" wheels are non runflat. The 172 looks great!! Btw, welcome to the forum!!

Got 172's on mine & they're defo not Run-flats.

Best looking wheel on the M-Sport in my opinion.

as far as i know the you can order without runflats also .. so i guess all u have to do is spec it youself

If your roads are that bad 19s may not be a great idea, perhaps just change the standard 18s to non-RF. The dealer won't do this though, you are on your own.
Make sure you order the spare as an option though, it is cheaper than buying it afterwards.
