I'm very interested in learning more about this statement my friend has a 525xi and he wants to buy these style 128 19's rims I suppose he would need to buy the awd version can you explain what you mean by high big off set

Most importantly is the awd version less concave?

I read somewhere that stagerd rims are acceptable as long as the tires are different to allow similar wheel rotation I've seen people recommend 235/35/19 (19x8.5) front and 265/30/19 (19x10) rear

xi cars need an offset of 35-40mm. Due to the higher offset, they are much less concave.

I choose to run 19x8.5 with 245/40 square set up on my 535xi. There is no rubbing.

You can run a staggered set up on xdrive and you are correct in that the total tire diameter needs to be very similar.

Did anyone ever find a vendor for the 20 inch reps i found some on ebay but its a squared set up 20x9
