Not everywhere. European standard spec on ALL E60 is 225/45 17 (except some base versions that come with 225/55 16). And 245/40 18 on M-Sport models. BTW - though I do not have proof, I am ready to bet that there is NO measurable difference in real life performance (i.e. on a road or on a track, not a skid pad) between all of these.

If you can't parallel park, you shouldn't be driving. In NJ you have to demonstrate your ability to parallel park when you take your driving test to get a driver's license.
