I've been treated very well at every BMW dealership I've been to.

I've purchased 3 BMW's now in 4 years from Markel BMW of Omaha. Still dealing with the same saleman which tells me somthing about the dealership.

Although I can't vouche for either's sales depts, Habberstad in LI and Life Quality in Brooklyn are supposed to be good BMW dealers in NY.

Both dealers can cater to us real BMW enthusiasts. Both carry Dinan parts and both have motorsports racing departments. Both have staff members who are heavily involved with NY Chapter BMWCCA. (I've ran with the Director of Motorsports from Habberstad at Autocrosses - he is fast!) I'm sure their sales dept has standup guys as well.

There are probably 7 or 8 dealerships in where I live .... ALL had the same attitude. I went to the one about 75 minutes away !!!
In your case, the dealerships are owned by the same a**hole person. Order your bimmer out of town and you'll be happier. I did with mine. There are 4 dealers in Houston, Texas. I bought mine 250 miles away because I could not get the deal I wanted.

I think the majority of car sales people are the same and can't be trusted. I doubt most of them care about anything other than selling you a car. If they are in it for a career, they are pretty good. Seems like a lot of dealers just hire some smo that can't tie his shoes. However, the dealer I purchase from is great, and the sales woman I deal with had a great attitude.

No problems over here. They (those bmw s/r) want my money so bad that they look as if they are begging. They even learn to be nice for a sec or two.

By the way, any one seem a woman s/r? I wish i could see one..
