BMW ONLINE - get it working for Holland ??

Hi!
I understood from BMW Germany that BMW ONLINE & TELEMATICS is only available in germany, france and the UK. And in germany it will only work with german providers.
i think its partially crap. i dont need BMW ASSIST, but i would like to use the EMAIL Functionality.
The thing is - when i was in Germany with my DUTCH mobile number, i connected and it worked !! So the issue of GERMAN providor is crap.
Secondly, When I try to connect here, it does make connection but then tells me that i have not registered for the service.
Anyone with ideas or other experiences?
