What do you mean with BMW Online?
If you mean the toll free call for help, then I can say I have used it once.
But not with my E60's but with my '99 E46 320Ci in the year 2000.
My coup? would start and I got help right away.
I actually know the company that is handling the calls here in Finland
(my customer) and I know they are really pros.
I.e. they need to answer the phone in 30 secs etc.

I should have voted for that... Or do you mean like when you get to "communications" on the I-drive that you can choose 'BMW contact'?

didn't see that before... Is it standard on the Europian E60's or under what option do you get it?Do you pay for that when you go online? Do you need a gprs (or other) connection on your phone to get that?

The only thing i get is when i plan a route on my gps is that they give me warnings like traffic jams, places where they are working on,... And then it asks me to try another route to avoid it. Is it that?
