BMW OEM E60 SUNROOF AERO SLIPTREAM DEFLECTOR
Saw this on another 5-series when I was purchasing mine. Even my wife said "that looks horrible, you are NOT putting that on the car"...though I do think the built in wind deflector does not do a very good job...

The stock wind deflector sucks if you drive faster than 30mph. its almost as noisy as my Camaro with the T-tops off.

I may be wrong, but from what I see, it's not totally that easy. It seems you have to take the surounding seal off, install the mount for the deflector, then re-install the seal. The mounting tabs seem to be sandwiched between the metal part of the roof and the seal. I didn't want to go through all that hassle.
I also agree that it messes up the roof line. Plus, I don't use the sunroof that much anyway.
