Does anybody know any contact information for someone higher up at BMW NA customer service? Years ago I had a email of a lady named Leonora that helped me with the instrument cluster display issue on my 745, however she no longer works there. I am having issues getting reimbursed for my master cylinder and brake booster. I had the work done in August at my mechanic and I have since sold the car, but they wont reimburse unless they can inspect the car even though I have invoice and receipts. Please help

While I wouldn't hold out much hope, since you no longer own the car you wish to claim reimbursement for, here's a BMWNA contact page for you. https://www.bmwusa.com/Secured/Conte...702FNUwA/3DA==

Yes, as quoted in the recall letter; "Expenses from repair facilities outside the BMW center network will be considered; however the procedure must meet BMW standards and use BMW Genuine Parts."

545insc may be out of luck with getting reimbursed, the letter also states "Expenses for repairs performed more than 10 days after the date of the last owner notification letter sent by BMW are not eligible for reimbursement."

Two hurdles to cross. Good luck.
