The roads were empty for the most part. When the roads are clear and your not weaving like a crazy man, most cops down here don't really care how fast you go...to a certain extent. That's why I set my cruise at 95 and not 100, cops here go for the high rollers 100 and up. I wouldn't speed if there are many cars on the road. selective speeding you just have to know when and when not to speed.
