My Ride: 535D Sport Auto
I was thinking the same. The standard aircon is cheap and horrible , I should know as I had it on my last car. I always dread the reaction from the press when I read a test on an E60 with it fitted.
The individual interiors look superb though

an extra ?700 for enhanced air con with a few different knobs and buttons isnt value in my book. The 3 series does seem to have a better looking set of aircon controls tho...
