BMW EMBLEM on Steering wheel

My Ride: 2007 530i
so i noticed today while i was driving that my bmw emblem on the airbag is dented-in on the side. is there replacement part for this. i called the dealer and they said i had to replace the entire airbag. whats an alternative fix?

They will total your vehicle and tell you that your warranty doesn't cover it!
It is really sad to me that they are "supposed" to be the subject matter "experts". They don't know crap.

Is this easily done by anyone or is there a set of procedures? I've noticed mine has some blurry specks in it and was thinking of getting it replaced..... or should I just buy one and get the screwdriver? heheheh

you can purchase an overlay replacement.. it's thin and sticks right over ther oem one..
