The full results here, with the satisfaction index points (average satisfaction index of all cars was 728):
1) BMW 812
2) Audi 774
3) Mercedes 771
4) Toyota 770
5) Saab 761
6) Volvo 756
7) Honda 753
8) Mazda 750
9) Skoda 737
AVERAGE MANUFACTURER 728
10) Mitsubishi 723
11) Chrysler 715
12) VW 713
13) Opel (GM) 709
14) Renault 708
15) Nissan 705
16) Peugeot 694
17) Ford 690
18) Citroen 685
19) Seat 682
20) Fiat 656

As you can see, it was a very clear victory to BMW. You cannot see Lexus here, because they sell less than 500 units per annum in Finland. The research sample would have been too small. Finland is a small country and currently the annual car market is between 150k-200k units.

Very nice country and good taste in cars. I have visited Helsinki and Turku in February and can confirm the lovely cold and dark winter weather.

I used to live in Brighton, MI in the late 70's.
Class of '79!

I hate the winter but I do love Michigan!

To OliverB:
No, Santa drives only reindeers!

To SolanNo1:
No, the car has to be taken to the dealer.

And I really hope that wireless updates would not be possible,
think about all the viruses and software leaks!
