BMW Assits Question ?

How right you are! Earlier this year while traveling through Georgia I wanted to check out my location via SOS and it wouldnot go thru.When I got home and went to the dealer for other service work they checked it out and said the reason I couldn't get thru is because I probably was in a dead zone and everything was ok.Later I called BMW Assist and explained what happen and asked if I got into a accident and it didnot go thru because I was in a dead zone what good would BMW Assist be to me.They couldn't answer me and said they would get back to me but they never did.
