BMW assist not working

After repairing my dynamic drive system and updating the software (I don't know which version), my BMW assist does not work. On my invoice it states that BMW is "working" on a solution.
I tried the SOS button and 911 came on the line. At least that works.

My car had similar problem before.
SOS was working but BMW assist in iDrive.
I took my car to Irvine BMW and they fixed it for me.
If your dealer can't fix it try Irvine BMW.
