I have Allstate Road Service. This does everything except find the car. Also, the addition BMW service....$200. Anyone EXCEPT those who have 2K7 vehicles, paying $400 for the year for BMW Assist PLUS!!!!?

IMO, no, it's not worth it. When I needed help...and another bmw owner tried calling BMW Assist from her car...it didn't even work! AAA covers most everything for less $$$.

Nope Not paying it either... only good thing about BMW assist is the collision notification feature... but I'm not willing to pay $200+ a year for that. Other stuff is worthless to me. i dont need concierge services...

AAA is more like roadside assistance.. and thats good for 4 years 50K miles on the car... BMW assist is more of concierge services and air bag deployment notification and a low end LoJack system.

For what its worth, I renewed mine. Eventhough I have AAA as well, for $200 if they can find my car should it be stolen, god bless them! Also, since I have comfort access, who knows if my key will malfunction and they can open by door...at least I hope they can!

Mine is due this month, and I will be renewing it. It's just an extra piece of insurance I would like to know I have if anything was to happen. Just like house insurance, good to know you have, and pray you will never need to use it.

well if the thieves are smart enough to steal an e60, they're probably smart enough to disable the bmw assist receiver so bmw assist won't be able to track the car...

 I just returned my cancel instructions. A cost/ utility calculation on the standard assist, but an absolute no brainer on the concierge service.

I never use the function, although the first year is free for me.
