233 hp is this PS how much ?

BMW 545 American version has 233HP?
Nono... He's pulling your chain. Note the whistling smiley after his post. If it were true I wouldn't stand a chance against the 550i unless the 550i also has less HP in the US.

Yes. US cars have 30% less power. 545 is only rated at 233 hp in US. 35 hp less than Toyota Camry. Good thing BMWs are also 30% cheaper in US.
the 545 have 233hp? Does it cost less then the Camry? If so please order one for me

BMW 545 European version has power 333PS. does American version have the same power ?

I heard that American version had smaller power about 20 - 30 %

is this truth ?
I could be wrong, but we (Americans) typically have stricter emissions (more restrictive exhaust i believe, catalytic converter) control than other countries. I can still remember when we didn't have to smog our cars...those were the days...well, not really.

I had a VW Scriocco ('83 or '84) many years ago and can remember reading how the euro version had about 15-20 horses than the U.S. version due to a different throttle body, headers, and exhaust.

Not so fast. US fuel is measured using a different scale to the scale used in the UK. You need to add 4 to 6 to the US octane rating before you can compare with the UK/EU. The additives here are also broadly equivalent. Diesel used to be different, not so now with the low sulfur formulation. Gas is pretty much the same.
