BMW 528i Trunk will not open

My Ride: 528i 2009

My trunk on my 528i 2009 BMW will not open using the button on the inside of the car, nor will work using the push button key and the key incerted into the key lock on the back of trunk. I need solutions to this problem. It was working last week.

It will open with the key.Put the metal key in the lock
Turn key to the left to 10:30 o’clock position and hold it there. The key moves easy to this position.
Now turn they key left a little more to the 9:30 o’clock position and it will open, but you have to use force to get it to 9:30 o’clock, its not easy.
It will now open.

Once you have it open, examine the wiring at the trunk hinge. You will probably find broken wires. Repair with butt barrel splices. Don't solder.
