I have just read on another website of a potential recall on all 5ers built in june.

My Ride: 530i MSport, Silver Grey, Step, 19" 172 Wheels, Media Pkg inc MP3, Heated Front Seats, Black Leather Seats, Aux Port, Space Saver Wheel, M Rear Spoiler, Ext Voice System
There do seem to be some units being recalled - I found the following although it's US related.
