My Ride: 2008 530d M sport
Default

Hi.

Wonder if anyone can help me out.

I seem to have a problem with my Bluetooth in my 2005 530i M Sport.

I have the snap in adapter kit as well fitted when new

It seems from people who I call or call me whilst i am driving along, that the Bluetooth goes in and out and people cannot hear me properly.

I am using an iphone 3GS but i had the same problem when i was using a nokia 6300 prior to the iphone

It can be at high speed and seems a little better when at low speed but can be all the time.

Has anyone got any ideas why this would happen?

Do you think my car needs a software update or maybe a new microphone? (which even though I am near it, the people calling me seem to say that I sound far away)

The last software update to the bluetooth and or the aerial was done in 2009 when the Bluetooth had a problem connecting.

Anyone else experience Bluetooth problems like this?
