I just got back from NTB after putting my summer tires on and I was feeling violent vibrations on the highway and my car was dragging to the left. went back to NTB and the guys found out that my outer left tire rod blew out. my left rim could be shaken left and right, like the rim was loose. i have aftermarket rims and springs, and do you think that the new tire rod will be replaced under warranty?

What my experience is that you have voided your warranty on your tires. Sorry, to say but unless you have a good relationship with your dealership I belive that BMW will not replace your part under warranty due to the fact that your rims could have failed resulting in your bar to break.
