Thanks....I looked again and DID see that it is vented with a very small tube at the front (+ terminal end)
Also I researched AGM Absorbed Glass Matt....apparently the acid is absorbed in the glass matt making this a safer battery ...if it cracks it won't leak the way conventional lead acid batteries do.
