actually Black is the absence of light THEREFORE the absence of color, color does not exist without light.

white is made up of equal parts red, green, and blue.

Technically we would have to get into additive and subtractive colors to explain more about black and white

In theory yes......but equal parts red, green, and blue do NOT make white in practical applications.......
