Hey.
Took car for a long run a few days ago. Everything fine as it should be. Then yesterday as I drive the car came to a standstill and noticed a burning smell. Had been driving for 10mins lightly. Then next stop light see billowing blue/white smoke!!
Has a rough idle and in neutral when revved it will shake alot around 2k rpm.
Once I start driving (doesn't matter how hard) it will be fine. All the power is there and no flat spots or misfiring.
When it smokes as soon as I start to drive it goes away but as long as its stationary will smoke away happily. I can force it to smoke by revving the crap out of (noticed it limits itself at 4k rpm) and then will some like hell at idle until I start driving.
I checked the seals and around the boost pipes for oil but nothing there. Removed the CCv breather pipe but not an exessive amount of oil and the oil level hasn't dropped a millimeter.
So any ideas what the issue could be?
If I drive it like I stole it its still fine. Only if its been idling for over 5mins it will smoke and if I rev the shoes off it in neutral.

If it was anything like mine, you would need to remove the EGR and give it a good scraping. Mine had thick dried on oil which formed a tar like crust inside of it. I can't see any spray or solvent shifting that. Trying to clean in situ would probably wind up with all that crud entering your intake manifold.
