I have BMWs sportsuspension, it has a great ride! My car came allready with it, if I had to change suspension now, I would go for H&r or Eibach. If you plan on carrying several people all the time or want to go extreme tuning wise, your best option is coilovers without a doubt! Hope this serves you? Enjoy the ride

the rear can pretty much go down like 5 inchs without any issues. rubbing usually happens in the front. when i put my coilovers on for shits and giggles we dropped the rear as far as it would go. it was tucking wheel and nothing rubbed. the front could only go down like 2 inchs because anything more the inner wheel would hit the strut. now i coulda squeezed on some 3-5 mm spacers and solved that dilemma but i didnt want it that low anyways because it would be a pain in the ass to drive.

Just mind your offset when choosing wheels and you shouldn´t have any problem at all!
